Jennifer Pemrick - Home Marketing Manager

Jennifer brings 25 years of exceptional customer service experience to the Eric Miller Team. Jennifer has been with us since March 2019.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Albright College & has 10 years of administrative & marketing experience.

Jennifer is your “go to” person in the office for answering a variety of questions pertaining to an active listing. She acts as liaison between the team, sellers and co-op realtors to keep information flowing & create more opportunity for multiple buyers. She manages the replenishment of all marketing materials kept at the home and coordinates our monthly print advertising.

Victoria Lang - Transaction Coordinator

Victoria has been with the Eric Miller team since 2021. As Transaction Coordinator, Victoria is responsible for coordinating settlement and all aspects of closing once your property is under contract. She worked closely with the Eric Miller Team in her previous role as Listing Services Coordinator for 2 years leading up to her promotion. Her experience makes her very capable in helping guide you through this process every step of the way. She graduated from Lock Haven University with a BA in Psychology and held leadership positions while a member of her Sigma Kapa Sorority.

Nicolette Miller - Marketing Content Strategist

As Marketing Content Strategist, she's using her experience in corporate marketing to enhance the advertising of every home. Since graduating from Muhlenberg College with a degree in Media & Communications, she's been writing for the real estate industry, home builders, mortgage lenders, and other diverse clients all over the country, but has remained part of the Eric Miller Team, staying deeply rooted in the Wyomissing community. She assists with creative advertising content, developing social media campaigns, and strategizing ways of reaching new audiences to strengthen the visibility and distinction of our homes, benefiting both our homeowners and homebuyers.

Mike Kroenig - Field Administrator

As Field Administrator, Mike is responsible for the timely delivery & installation of For Sale signs, Sold signs, and lockboxes. Additionally, Mike is the one that hand-delivers your Marketing Brochures to your door once they are ready. Mike is highly dependable, and quick to respond.
